Terms of Exchanges and Returns
VILLA DHARMA, in addition to its social and regenerative responsibility towards the land, also takes extreme care with its exchange and return policies.
We accept returns in cases of defects, dissatisfaction or withdrawal from the purchase.
Please send an email to our customer service center villadharma@gmail.com with the following information:
- Full name
- CPF
- Full address
- Order Number
- Reason for return or exchange
- Payment method used
Return due to regret/withdrawal
According to Article 49 of the Consumer Protection Code, the deadline for exchanging a purchase or product is up to 7 calendar days, counting from the day after your order was delivered.
Only products sent preferably in their original packaging with the label attached, unwashed, without signs of use and without odors, accompanied by an invoice will be accepted.
To exchange the product, it is necessary for it to be returned to the warehouse, where it will be analyzed by the responsible team who will then carry out a screening. The return period is 4 working days after confirmation of receipt.
If the product you purchased is no longer in our stock, we generate a credit in the form of a discount coupon so that you can make a new purchase.
