Measuring approximately 40cm x 30cm x 10cm, the RENEW Pillow is made from organic cotton fabric produced responsibly by family farmers in Paraíba and has a pillowcase with a closure from the overlapping of the fabric that allows it to be washed without any damage.
The cotton used to fill the pillow comes from the collection of fruits from the Paineiras (Coxsop) trees at the Agrofloresta Ecovila Pau Brasil, located in Nísia Floresta, in Rio Grande do Norte, and the ginning of the cotton buds, as well as the separation of the seeds, are carried out by Elias Ancelmo da Costa, a young man from the local community who is very positive about the financial impact of this action called Algodão Doce (Cotton Candy) and is part of the Social and Environmental Responsibility Actions developed by Villa Dharma.
