Description

Hand-painted with natural dyes, all organic, just like its cotton fabric, this is the Mangará Regatão Dress. With a deep neckline, it was designed to facilitate the breastfeeding process, as we believe that mothers who nurture a new life deserve to have their wise choices facilitated with style and comfort.

The Mangará Dress has brightly colored dots on its pockets created by the sweet-souled artist Sara Jane, who lovingly colors them manually using the stencil technique, in the Villa Dharma studio, in Nísia Floresta, RN.

In the Dots version, the inspiration for the Mangará Dress comes from the classic polka dot pattern. Our reinterpretation is based on the association of this circular geometric figure with all the possibilities of construction from the connection of these shapes, these Dots. When united, they give rise to many other features, shapes. When we connect the dots, something new is born, a line can be formed, a web can be built and even a heart can emerge.

Mangará: flower, navel, banana heart, but not only! In the Tupi Guarani language, it is a term used to refer to the heart, an organ that symbolizes life, care, acceptance, nutrition, love, as well as all the pieces of Villa Dharma, especially those that make up the Mangará Capsule .

The Regatão Dress has a deep neckline, revealing our Bandeau Top, creating a casual and authentic look. With spacious pockets, it also offers the practicality of accommodating much of what everyday life offers, thus connecting the dots of practicality, beauty and comfort.

To match the Adult Regatão Dress , we have the Mangará Coração Children's Dress , which together look great and separately too, as well as dots, hearts, mothers and daughters.

But of course, not only mothers can dress in Mangará, after all it was made for all active bodies who wish to wrap themselves in living clothing, which comes from the earth and returns to the earth in a respectful way, a simple luxury that deserves to be present in our lives.

And it is in this context that we are redefining the way we make clothes. Both our organic cotton, produced in Paraíba, and our 100% vegetable and mineral dyes, developed in Itamonte/MG, are the result of family farming and are made from living things, nothing synthetic. It is no different with our haberdashery: the label is made of pure cotton and is dyed with water-based dyes; our nameplates are made of mother-of-pearl, a shell that can be found in the sea or river, which brings natural sophistication to the piece.
